When we started this lifestyle we couldn’t find any information. There were no videos, books, info nor people talking about being a traveling welder. It seemed that people in this industry were keeping a secret.

Throughout our travels people were always curious about Chase’s work. We don’t own a welding machine and have never been on the pipeline. Chase welds on various power plants and refineries across the country (and even out of the country). Primarily working the outages and turnarounds, massive repair jobs on power plants.

One of the reasons we started our YouTube Channel was to share our experiences, how we find work, how we find rv parks (or how to find cheap housing options), what it means to be a contract welder, the truth about certification and so much more.
